Price Page

Inkwell Calligraphy Prices

 

 

 

Inner and Outer Envelopes

(not including return address)

 

$2.00 per set

 

 

Just Outer Envelopes

 

$1.75 per envelope

 

 

Just Inner Envelopes

 

 $1.00 per envelope

 

 

 

Return Address:

 

$1.25 per envelope

 

 

NOTE: There is an additional $0.25 charge per envelope for dark envelopes or liners which require me to draw and erase pencil lines.

*Gold, Silver, or White ink.......................................................... $0.50 additionsl fee per address

 

 

 

Place Cards/ Seating Cards

 

Note: Place cards: have guest's names and table assignment. 

          Seating cards are name only cards that will be place at the individual seats.

  • with name(s) and table number..... $ 0.60 each
  • with name only ..... $0.50 each
  • Large Table Numbers ..... $0.50 each
  • Large Table Names .....  $1.00 each

Seating Chart with Names and Numbers….. $0.40 per line

 

Poems and Vows...$35 (and up) for most poems. 

For any other Project Please contact me.

 

 

Payments:

 

 

Deposit

I require a down payment for each job. This acts as a contract between us. It will typically be 50% of the quoted price. The remaining balance is due at the completion of all work.

 

Pay Pal, Cash, or Check

Credit or Debit cards accepted through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this feature. If you wish to pay by this method I will send you an invoice which has a payment link.

What you need to know:

 

 

Envelopes
  Please provide at least 10 extra envelopes per 100 envelopes.  This can ensure enough envelopes incase mistakes happen.  You will not be charged for my mistakes.

NOTE:  If you have dark envelopes or darkly lined envelopes please provide at least 15 or more additional envelopes per 100 envelopes. 

 

 

Addresses
  Please provide a typed word or excel document of the finalized list of all addresses as you would like them to appear on the envelope. Below the address please have the inner names written as you would like them written. See sample below. Unless otherwise requested, virtually all address wording will be aligned center and placed slightly below center on the envelopes.

 

Sample of how address should be typed for your envelopes

 

Mr. and Mrs. John Smith

4560 West Park Drive

Middletown, Ohio 44077

 

Mr. and Mrs. Smith (formal)

OR

John and Jane Smith

 (contemporary/relatives/personal friends)

 

It is acceptable to use a combination of the inner envelope formats depending on your relationship with the guests.

There are many websites that will assist you with the proper format for addressing envelopes. 

 

Discount

You'll receive a 10% discount on additional projects.  If I address your envelopes and write your place cards, you will receive the discount on your place card costs.

Material Costs

Client is welcome to supply any paper that is suitable for calligraphy.

Paper for Poems, Menus and Seating charts..... Material cost will be included in the price.

Place cards & Table Cards..... If the cards are not provided by client then material cost is in addition to writing costs. If I supply the place card, add an additional $0.10 to the cost of writing, i.e. $0.70 for place card with name and number.

 

Rush Fee

  If I have less than a week to complete your project you may be charged a $50.00 rush fee.  Please plan ahead to avoid this fee.

 

Shipping

  All shipping will be paid by the customer. You pay actual shipping costs. Virtually all shipping will be done through either USPS or FedEx. All packages will have tracking numbers. You are welcome to use any courier you'd like. Your final invoice will include shipping costs.

If shipping is less than $1.00 you will not be charged.
If you live in the Columbus area we can make pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
